Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player") and 98ab ("the Platform", "the Company", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the 98ab website located at https://98ab.ws, including all sports betting services, casino games, payment processing features, promotional programmes, and customer support services available through the platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on 98ab, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. • Providing false information during registration may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• 98ab may request identity verification documents at any time as part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

Account Security Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 98ab account login credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account login — whether or not you authorised it — is your responsibility unless you have previously notified 98ab of suspected unauthorised access.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact 98ab customer support immediately via the email address provided on this website. 98ab will investigate all reports of unauthorised access as a matter of priority and will take appropriate action to protect the account during the investigation period.

All financial transactions on 98ab — deposits and withdrawals — are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 98ab does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. The platform integrates with the mobile financial service providers most commonly used by players in Bangladesh.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by 98ab, though your mobile financial service provider may impose their own transaction limits.
• Deposits are credited to your 98ab balance promptly following confirmed receipt of funds from your payment provider.
• 98ab reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing a withdrawal where the deposit was made via that method.
• Deposits made using funds that are derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any illegal source are strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile financial service account used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.
• 98ab targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or suspended where 98ab is conducting identity verification, investigating suspected fraudulent activity, or complying with a legal obligation.
• Players are responsible for any fees charged by their mobile financial service provider in connection with withdrawals. 98ab does not add its own transaction fees on standard withdrawals.

98ab offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion, which will be published on the platform at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be made.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus balance and associated winnings not withdrawn before the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically.
• 98ab reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice where it suspects abuse, systematic exploitation, or where a technical error has caused a bonus to be credited incorrectly.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once using different account details constitutes fraud.
• Free spins issued as part of a promotion are subject to maximum win caps unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

All bets placed on 98ab are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport or casino game at the time the bet is placed. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that event or game.

Sports Betting

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed; the confirmed odds shown on your bet receipt are final.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended during certain match events (e.g. wicket falls, injury stoppages). 98ab bears no liability for bets that cannot be placed due to in-play suspension.
• In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, 98ab's settlement rules for that sport's event type will apply. Generally, bets on abandoned events are voided and stakes returned unless in-play settlement has already occurred.
• 98ab reserves the right to void any bet that was placed using odds that were published in error, or where there is clear evidence of a technical fault that materially affected the displayed price.

Casino Game Rules

Casino games available on 98ab are provided by third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all casino games are determined by the game provider and are subject to the provider's certification. 98ab does not alter or influence the RTP of any game. Results in all RNG-based casino games are determined by certified random number generators and are not influenced by 98ab or any player action outside of the game mechanics.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.

• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a short-term break from the platform of between 1 and 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the account remains active but no bets or deposits can be placed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 98ab platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Attempting to manipulate, defraud, or exploit the platform, its software, or any game outcome through any technical or non-technical means.
• Colluding with other players to fix, manipulate, or influence the outcome of any bet, game, or sporting event.
• Opening or operating more than one 98ab account, or opening an account on behalf of another person.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software tool not provided by 98ab to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source.
• Threatening, abusing, harassing, or using offensive language towards 98ab customer support staff or other players via any communication channel.

98ab reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons.

• The player has breached any part of these Terms.
• 98ab is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a court or regulatory order.
• The player has requested account closure or self-exclusion.
• 98ab reasonably suspects that the account is being used for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purposes.

Where 98ab closes an account for reasons unrelated to player misconduct or Terms breach, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Withdrawal of such balances will be processed within a reasonable period following account closure.

All content on the 98ab platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of 98ab or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the platform is the exclusive property of 98ab.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any material from the 98ab platform for commercial purposes without the express prior written permission of 98ab. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted provided the material is not altered and all copyright and other proprietary notices are retained. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any 98ab trademark, logo, or brand name.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 98ab shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to the following categories of loss.

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings.
• Loss or corruption of data or information.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical failure, internet connectivity issues, or any other service interruption beyond 98ab's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, even where 98ab has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

98ab collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account with 98ab, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at /privacy-policy and forms part of this agreement.

98ab will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with third parties where required to process transactions (e.g. payment providers), to comply with legal obligations, or to investigate suspected fraud or prohibited conduct.

98ab reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 98ab will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the platform or the registered contact details on file. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the 98ab platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting 98ab support.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 98ab's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from the use of the 98ab platform that cannot be resolved informally through customer support shall be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of the applicable courts, as determined by 98ab's operating structure.

Prior to escalating any dispute, players are required to contact 98ab customer support and allow a minimum period of 14 days for the issue to be reviewed and resolved internally. 98ab is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly and in a timely manner. Abuse of the dispute process — including submission of fraudulent claims or repeated frivolous escalations — may result in account suspension.
